Bi Harf is an educational game inspired by traditional printing houses and the early days of letterpress printing. In this game, children take on the role of typesetters and practice recognizing letters within words. The game cards, which represent letter-placement frames, are distributed equally among the players. One player takes on the role of the “Letter Reader.” In each round, the Letter Reader draws a metal letter from a bag and announces it. The other players look through their own pages for words containing the announced letter. Whenever they find it, they mark the letter in red. The first player to complete all of their frames wins the game. In addition to creating an engaging group experience, Bi Harf helps children develop letter recognition, practice the relationship between letters and words, and improve attention and concentration. Letter Game is a group game for 2 to 4 players that challenges children to identify letters through sounds, images, and words. To begin, the cards are shuffled and distributed face down equally among the groups. Letter tokens are placed between the two groups. On each turn, the first group reveals a card and identifies the first letter of the pictured word by its sound. For example, if the picture represents a word beginning with the /m/ sound, the group identifies the letter “M.” The group then finds three words that contain that letter. Without directly mentioning the target letter or the word shown on the card, they say the three words aloud to the opposing group. The second group listens carefully and tries to identify the letter shared by all three words. If they guess correctly, they collect the corresponding letter token and the game continues. By combining images, sounds, and words, Letter Game gives children an engaging way to practice letter recognition, listening skills, vocabulary, and the connection between sounds, letters, and words. Key Features: Designed for 2–4 players Develops letter recognition through sounds Improves listening and concentration skills Practices identifying common letters in words Expands vocabulary Strengthens the connection between sounds, letters, and words Suitable for elementary school children
